  • Absolutely! I have extensive training and specializations for working with the pregnant body. The work I do with prenatal clients centers around (but is not limited to!) preparing the body for birth, pelvic floor training/release and preparing the muscles and tissues for postpartum healing.

  • New to Pilates with me? Your first session will be a long + luxurious 75 minute session to dive deep into our work together. This initial session costs $225 and includes a movement and posture assessment, follow up email with “homework” and the recording of your session. The longer session also gives us some extra time to explain the exercises and try a variety of positions to work in, giving you the best Pilates session for YOUR body. After the first session, you will have the option to commit to a 3 month long contract (scheduling anywhere from 1+ sessions/month). These sessions are $160/50 minutes. You can also always schedule a 1 off session for $175 with no contract commitment. Recordings of your sessions are always sent out to practice on your own during the days I don’t see you!

    Prior to your first session, we will have a 20 minute zoom consult to go over exactly what you are looking for and how I can best help you. I will then ask you to please submit a few photos/videos depending on what we will be working on, as well as fill out a questionaire. This is all so that I can give you the best, most tailored Pilates experience! Our first session will be a bit longer, 75 minutes in length, so that we can take our time working on this very nuanced and particular type of exercise!

  • Most definitely. I see many clients who have never been and do not plan to become pregnant. I have a wide scope of experience and training with various injuries, postural conditions, and athletes. (And yes, I train men too!)

  • Yes! I’m happy to offer various options of payment plans and arrangements to make these sessions accessible. I also offer all types of schedules, with sessions ranging from 1x/month to multiple sessions/week.

    In addition to 1:1 sessions, I have free classes/courses as well as on-demand Pilates courses. I offer group classes seasonally.

  • No! Anyone from absolute newbie to seasoned practitioner welcome.

  • You do not need any special props whatsoever! However, after our initial consult, I may give you a list of easily storable, small and inexpensive props to get.

    You do not need any special camera; a computer, iPad or even phone will do. I will show you how to set it up and depending on your space we may move it around a few times during the session. Do not worry, I’m a pro at the camera set up!
