The next step after our signature Core Reclaim course. Get ready to uplevel your core strength like never before!

In this sister program, we build upon the foundational principles learned in Core Reclaim, empowering you to safely progress into more challenging Pilates and strength-based core exercises. Yes, these will be harder, but WOW, will you be stronger!

During these 4 weeks, expect to see a real shift in your strength during activities outside of your Pilates practice with me: running, yoga or simply lifting your kid with ease, I can't wait for you to feel this powerful shift from the inside out.

By the 4th week of this course, you will be safely holding plank positions for up to 60-90 seconds, feel confident and controlled when squatting, and possess a strong, fundamental knowledge of foundational Pilates core exercises.

Little Posture Videos That Make a Big Difference

For the mama who wants better posture in <5 minutes/day

Proper posture is a foundational pillar when it comes to strengthening and healing the rest of the body. Posture and core strength have a symbiotic relationship:  core strength = posture and posture =core strength

By spending only a few minutes/day connecting to our bodies and focusing on our posture, we can see tremendous change in nearly every area of our movement. 

Posture Elixirs is a library of 6, <6 minute videos that are small but mighty.

When practiced regularly, these stretches, exercises and release techniques act as elixirs to many of our common ailments. Here lies the key to relieving back and neck discomfort, feeling energized throughout our days, and feeling supported and confident in our bodies through correct posture.

As always, Pea Body Pilates videos are meant to yield consistency. Therefore, these videos are short (yet powerful!) and easy to squeeze into a busy day! 

We don’t get a user manual for our body after baby, and we never have to feel ashamed for starting from scratch.

To feel strong and capable in your core is one of our most powerful resources in our parenting toolbox (if you are picking up a child, think of yourself dead lifting all day long! People train to do this!). Feeling confident and assured in our bodies is the greatest gift we can give ourselves.
